Xavier completed his internship with United Parcel Service in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Although he attended meetings virtually, he was able to be on-site in order to observe and understand the processes packaging must go through before being shipped to the customer.

Wills’ observation of the small sort process led him to find a solution to optimize the process, this solution was adopted by the facility and has led to improved efficiency.
